We are so happy with Wichman hardscape/landscape they were beyond our expectations!!! Great team very professional and caring about their work and our property. They get my highest recommendation! DPosted on Google
Dan SimkinsSeptember 9, 2023Wichman Landscape Construction, LLC created incredibly beautiful stairs, paths and retaining walls over our hillside that were beyond our greatest expectations! Jeff Wichman's team was thorough, professional, hard-working and attentive to every little detail! They were tasked with removing the existing walls and stairs and rebuilding them to the contours of the landscape. What they designed and built was amazing, sturdy, inspiring and overwhelmingly complimentary to our gardens. The team was always on time and worked steadily to accomplish the job. Cleanup was exemplary. We feel we were rewarded with more than we had anticipated. We look forward to spending many happy hours using the paths and stairs to attend to our gardens. The large sandstones will last for many years to come. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a landscaping project of the highest quality!Posted on Google
Kimberly CampbellNovember 29, 2022Jeff and his team did a beautiful job building our new retaining wall. He began the job when he said he and finished it in the time frame he specified. The work was outstanding , his team was professional and they left our yard in great shape. We were thrilled.Posted on Google
Tracy NaberOctober 2, 2022During summer 2020, Wichman rebuilt the very badly assembled retaining wall in front of and on the side of our house. The previous owner had simply stacked a pile of rocks and called it a wall. Not only did Wichman create a beautiful retaining wall in its place, they used the existing rocks! For a week, we and our neighbors watched as the crew hand-chiseled (!!!) the existing pile into stackable bricks, carefully placing each to create a stable and attractive wall. Two and a half years later, there have been absolutely zero issues, and we are still getting compliments from neighbors. Even more amazing, Wichman Landscape was the low bidder among the quotes we received. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Beth TirioJanuary 7, 2022Jeff and his crew built a 4’x80’ retaining wall for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. We had an idea of what we wanted but adapted the design to better fit the landscape - thanks to Jeff’s expert input. The building material is beautiful and the construction is top notch. We’ve received nothing but compliments from neighbors! The crew kept things as clean as possible (a feat for construction in a wet December) and were always happy to answer questions when asked. The schedule was tough to maintain (weather, etc) but once things got rolling, the crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality.Posted on Google
Eric McAllisterJanuary 25, 2021Jeff and his team are probably the best in the area. We've used many others and none had the attention to detail and care for your property like Wichman.Posted on Google
Brian P.January 14, 2020Jeff and his team delivered exceptional work for us from start to finish. Jeff was one of the first to reply to messages I left seeking an estimate for a patio and he was also the most candid, creative and true to his word. He listened to what my wife and I were thinking and augmented it with his own ideas, never hesitating to let us know if he thought something we wanted wouldn't work while offering an alternative that was always better than what we had in mind. He was straightforward on pricing and gave us pros/cons for going more inexpensive or expensive, depending on the need. When the time came to do the work he was true to the schedule (even in questionable December weather), always showed-up when they said they'd be onsite and worked a weekend day to keep on schedule. Jeff checked in regularly and always made himself available for questions during the job (we didn't have any) and made sure to reseed our yard where the heavy machinery and work had torn it up, offering to come back in the spring to fill-in areas as needed. We're thrilled with the finished product. If you want creative, quality and reliable patio work, give Wichman Landscape a call and you'll be glad you did.Posted on Google
Shawn GrahamMay 6, 2019We absolutely couldn’t be happier with our new patio. We met with a lot of landscaping companies but nobody came close to the creativity and craftsmanship of Wichman Landscape Construction. From Jeff’s initial design, to the professionalism of the crew, to the final cleanup--the entire experience couldn’t have been better. We were looking for something timeless and Wichman Landscape Construction gave us so much more. They completely transformed our backyard and gave us a beautiful new outdoor space.Posted on Houzz

We live in an older neighborhood of the city and wanted to reinvigorate our outdoor living space that is hilly and mainly dominated by the sloping driveway to our 2 car external garage. Jeff had a vision that would make for a spectacular space that we could utilize all areas including the pad in front of the driveway. He carefully listened and understood that we wanted to integrate the existing cobblestone into the design. His workmen were very professional and sensitive to the existing landscapes. Done ahead of schedule and beautiful. Can't wait to use it in the spring!Posted on Facebook

We built our house in 2016 and have had experiences both wonderful and horrendous. Jeff and his crew are repairing the terrible work done by another landscaping company and they are wonderful. Jeff delivered on the the concept and design and has been open to alterations. His crew has worked like crazy for the last week. I am truly impressed and happy to give my highest recommendation to Wichman Landscaping.Posted on Google
Josh VenderJanuary 15, 2018Jeff Wichman and his team are extremely professional and dedicated. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process and the results. The crews are very knowledgeable, clean, and care about their work. True craftsman. We will definitely use Wichman Landscape Construction again.Posted on Google

Richard ThompsonDecember 30, 2017Jeff Wichman and his team completed a major transformation of a vacant lot adjacent to our home. What was an "OK" space is now something special and neighbors I had never met have stopped me on the street to tell me how much they like and appreciate the improvements. Wichman Landscape Construction worked with me to take a concept plan and transform it into a reality. They complemented existing features that we wanted to keep and blended them into new elements. They worked with us on price, suggesting things that we might want to do ourselves, or subtle changes that reduced cost, but did not materially affect the end product. Their team was professional, working full days and always keeping the job-site clean and secure. It was a pleasure working with them.Posted on Google
Don KlineDecember 28, 2017We had Wichman Landscape replace a major retaining wall in the front of our house in the Spring of 2017. Work was completed in a timely and meticulous manner. New wall looks great and all surrounding plantings look perfect after being moved and replanted as part of the project. We were so satisfied that we have engaged Wichman to complete a patio project for us in the spring of 2018. We highly recommend them.Posted on Google
Maureen MccameyDecember 24, 2017We were very pleased with the work done by Wichman Landscaping this past summer. They did a great job leveling, filling with top soil and reseeding our lawn, and it took care of a problem we had with drainage. Some of the grass seed did not grow, and we had several bare spots. Jeff did not hesitate to have his crew take care of the problem. Also, Jeff told us that we would not need a French drain, and he was absolutely right. We would highly recommend Wichman Landscaping and will contact them for future projects. Jeff's knowledge, care and professionalism was greatly appreciated, and he has a great crew.Posted on Google
Daniel SchnorrDecember 22, 2017I have been using this company for quite a number of years. At least one big project every year. I am comfortable with Jeff and his crew. I trust them and they have always either met or exceeded my expectations. Very reliable and efficient. I actually look forward to planning each year's major project with Jeff. And the timeline is always outstanding.Posted on Google
Shawn KerstetterDecember 21, 2017My wife said something about this project which I have never heard her say before in our twenty years together, "It's not exactly what I imagined it to be. It's better than what I imagined". Jeff did a great job working with us to get us what we wanted and the crew that was here for nearly two weeks was diligent and professional. We could not be more pleased with the result and are happy to give Wichman Landscape our whole-hearted recommendation.Posted on Yelp

Jeff and his crew have worked tirelessly over the past two years and have successfully accomplished for us two major landscaping projects. We hope to have him return in 2018 to take on a new project we decided we needed done. Wichman crews are quite, unobtrusive and always leave the property cleaner than when they arrived. I can't speak highly enough of this company an without hesitation would unequivocally recommend them to all my friends, relatives and neighbors. Chuck CoonPosted on Facebook

Sharon IsherwoodFebruary 10, 2017Wichman Landscape Construction did an excellent job installing our brick driveway and front walk. Jeff explained the process very clearly, and he was willing to save us a lot of money by agreeing to recycle the bricks from our previous brick driveway that were sinking and spreading due to the age of the driveway and its original installation. Other contractors were not willing to do this and insisted that we needed new pavers. The driveway and walk look beautiful, and we receive regular compliments on the quality of the labor. Jeff addressed all of the issues we were facing with our previous brick driveway and walkway, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of his work from start to finish. The jobs were done on time and as quoted, and the clean up, including the remediation of our lawn, was top notch. We highly recommend Wichman Landscape Construction! Eventually, we will hire Jeff to and his team to redo our patio, too!Posted on Google

We had Wichman Landscape and Construction design and complete two projects at our home this fall. We are very pleased with the end result, and working with Jeff was great from start to finish. Karen RuggDecember 10, 2016Jeff and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They took on what I considered to be three challenging renovation projects at our home and executed each one in a thorough and professional manner. They were even flexible when asked to make minor changes along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Wichman Landscape Construction to anyone considering new or renovation landscape projects.Posted on Google
stasia miaskiewiczDecember 4, 2016Outstanding experience! Which an Landscaping 5 stars. The estimates were competitive and reasonable, Jeff was very tolerant of my ideas and helpful in guiding me to a final plan. He was open to my request for something different and able to complete the work when others told me it couldn't be done. He was also flexible for minor changes as work progressed. His crew was professional - arrived on time, focused on the job, completed in a timely manner. They were courteous, the worksite was ship-shape when they left. The final project met all my expectations, looks fantastic. I recommend Wichman Landscaping highly .Posted on Google
Saagar PatelNovember 22, 2016Jeff and the team arrived when they said they would, were done when they said they would be, and took care of everything we were going to ask them to before we were able to tell them. Working with them was a wonderful experience, and I'd strongly recommend going with them for your landscaping needs.Posted on Google

Maureen CoonNovember 18, 2016Mr. Wichman has provided landscaping service to us several times. In each circumstance he took the time to visit the site and discuss/suggest the proper manner in which to successfully execute the project. Additionally, his crew were courteous, prompt and performed the task(s) at hand in an expeditious and very satisfactory manner. In the future we shall engage the service of Wichman Landscapte Construction, as well as highly recommending the company to our friends, without hesitation.Posted on Google
John ZitelliNovember 15, 2016Jeff and his company did a wonderful job on a complex construction contract. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about every detail, and watched over the project until it was complete. His staff was timely, hard working and very neat. The job was completed down to every last tiny detail without any problems. Questions were answered, small details taken care of without any controversy, and the result was done professionally. His work is the best I have seen and I would call him to do anything else I will need to have done in the future. I highly recommend him.Posted on Google

Kara TirimaccoNovember 10, 2016Jeff and his crew worked quickly and efficiently on a major project in my back yard. The thing that I most appreciated about Jeff was that he always followed-up with me, he always picked up my calls and on the few occasions I was not able to reach him, he returned my calls very very promptly. Most importantly, the work was done really well and Jeff and his crew returned to the house on a few occasions to address my concerns. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly Highly recommend!Posted on Home Advisor

Alexander MApril 10, 2015Install Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors I had some brick pavers reset at the front of my house to stop water from going into my basement, as well as to make the front of my house look nicer. Jeff, the owner, was great and very professional, and he paid close attention to all small details and made sure the paver base was what I needed and that is slopped correctly to channel water away from the house. He was even able to reuse some turn of the century bricks I had which makes the house look very elegant. I received several estimates for this job, and Wichman Lanscape Construction was also the better value. I highly recommend them.Posted on Home Advisor
